Costa Rica: a Yoga Summer Vacation in the Tropics!

Hello !!!

Just a note to let you know how the stay was at Samasati.   Yucca house is just fabulous.  I spent many hours out on the porch, either on the couch(boy what a great surprise) doing yoga, bird watching, basically vegging out.   A  friend ( a sculptor) picked up a red leave from the banana tree just outside your door, and he carved a few leaves,  and I am going to send you one.   He was taken with the way the edge curls and acts like a little roof for the bees, which congregate inside!  Sending in a few days.

The staff was just wonderful,  and always wanted to know if all was well at the bungalows.

And it was.   Wonderful.  Just writing this little bit makes me wish I sitting on that porch right now, listening to the day sounds wind down and the night sounds just beginning……………
